Candidates Eligible for SSU Post UTME Screening

1. UTME Candidates who chose SSU as first/second choice institution or seeking a change of institution to SSU through JAMB, having scored a minimum of 170 in the 2024 UTME.
2. Direct Entry candidates with A level/OND/HND/NCE/JUPEB qualification who chose SSU as first/second choice institution or seeking a change of institution to SSU through JAMB and have obtained 2024 Direct Entry JAMB form.

NB: Only applicants, who have chosen or changed to Sokoto State University through JAMB and whose details appear on the University profile on the JAMB CAPS will be considered for admission.

How to Apply for SSU Post UTME Form

• Visit SSU admission portal at portal.ssu.edu.ng
• Enter your JAMB Registration Number as username and password
• Click on ‘Update Data’ link to update your phone number and email address.
• Generate and print your screening payment invoice of the sum of Two Thousand Naira (N2,000) only containing Remita Retrieval Reference (RRR) Number.
  Thereafter proceed to any commercial bank nationwide to make payment or click on ‘Pay Now’ link to pay using any of the instant Remita payment channels.
• After payment, login to your account again and update your biodata, academic records and other required information.
• Upload your O’level/A’ level result (PDF format of not more than 50KB).
• Print your acknowledgement slip and payment receipt for record purposes.

Candidates are requested to please note that the Screening Exercise is as scheduled in the screening exercise slip they printed out after their Online registration.

The scheduled date, time and venue shall be indicated on the test slip. Consideration will not be given to candidates who fail to take the screening test on the scheduled date and time.

All candidates for the screening exercise are required to stick to the examination dates on the test slip printed out during the online registration.
