Application forms are obtainable from the Office of the Principal, School of Nursing, University of Calabar Teaching Hospital, Moore Road, Calabar.
A non-refundable fee of N15,000 should be paid into the UNIVERSITY OF CALABAR TEACHING HOSPITAL COLLECTION ACCOUNT AT EKONDO MICROFINANCE BANK along Muritala Mohammed Highway, Account No. 1100757926.
Thereafter the teller is exchanged for an official receipt at the UCTH Treasury, Permanent site. The official receipt will then be presented to the Principal, School of Nursing. UCTH along Moore Road for collection of the Application form.
The Entrance Examination will be held at School of Nursing Premises, Moore Road, and UCTH Permanent Site, Calabar, 8:00 am prompt.
