Candidates Eligible for Grundtvig Polytechnic Post UTME Screening

  1. UTME Candidates who chose Grundtvig Polytechnic as first/second choice institution or seeking a change of institution to Grundtvig Polytechnic through JAMB, having scored a minimum of 150 in the 2024 UTME.

NB: Only applicants, who have chosen or changed to through JAMB and whose details appear on the Poly profile on the JAMB CAPS will be considered for admission.

How to Apply for Grundtvig Polytechnic Post UTME Form

1. After payment of school fees, candidates visit Grundtvig Polytechnic’s portal (www.gpolyportal.com) to register their details and obtain their registration number which is contained in a printout that is generated after successful online registration. (Please, note that your bank payment teller/receipt must be uploaded along with other credentials specified on the portal)

 

2. Candidates submit a copy of the printout obtained in 4a, evidence of payment of prescribed fees and photocopies of their credentials for documentation at Exams and Records unit.

 

3. Office of the Exams and Records issues Course registration forms to successful candidates

Requirement For Screening And Registration Process

1. Original and three (3) photocopies of print-out of JAMB (UTME) Results Slip.

 

2.  Original and three (3) photocopies of the JAMB Provisional Admission Letter (Institution’s copy).

 

3. Original and three (3) photocopies of the Receipt of Payment of the Acceptance Fee and Processing Fee.

 

4.  Original and three (3) photocopies of O’Level SSCE/NECO/WAEC/NABTEB etc. Certificate(s) / online printout of the result.

 

5. Original and three (3) photocopies of Birth Certificate/Affidavit of Declaration of Age.

 

6. Original and three (3) photocopies of Evidence of Change of Name (if applicable).

 

7.  Original and three (3) photocopies of Identification / Certificate of Local Government of Origin.

 

8. Original and three (3) photocopies of Medical Report of Fitness (visit the Polytechnic Clinic for collection of Medical Examination Form).

 

9.  Original and three (3) photocopies of a letter of reference from a person of reputable standing in the society (e.g. Clergyman, Senior Public Servant, Notary public) vouching for your good behavior.

 

10. Four (4) Recent Passport-Sized Photographs.

Candidates are requested to please note that the Screening Exercise is as scheduled in the screening exercise slip they printed out after their Online registration.

The scheduled date, time and venue shall be indicated on the test slip. Consideration will not be given to candidates who fail to take the screening test on the scheduled date and time.

All candidates for the screening exercise are required to stick to the examination dates on the test slip printed out during the online registration.
