How to Verify Your Certificate on the NYSC Portal
Before you can log in and register, you must ensure your name is on the Senate list approved by your institution. To verify your name:
- Visit portal.nysc.org.ng/nysc2/VerifySenateLists.aspx
- Select your institution from the dropdown menu.
- Enter your Matriculation Number, Surname, and Date of Birth.
- Click on the “Search” button to verify.

How to Register for the NYSC Program
You can register for the NYSC program through your school (known as Internal Mobilization) or directly on the NYSC portal if you are on the Senate list but haven’t registered yet.
For foreign graduates, specific documents like your transcript, O-level certificate, and travel documents are required. Full details for foreign candidates can be found on the NYSC portal.
Important Tip: When creating an account, avoid using email domains such as yahoo.com, yahoo.co.uk, ymail.com, and rocketmail.com, as they may experience delays. Gmail.com is recommended for smooth registration.

NYSC Portal Registration Options
The portal offers two registration options:
- Fresh Registration: For those who do not have an account or have not been deployed by NYSC.
- Revalidation: For those who were previously deployed but did not report to camp.
Note: The portal will only be active for registration when the mobilization timetable is released. If the timetable has not been released, the portal will display the message “No Active Registration.”
How to Access Your NYSC Dashboard
To log in to your NYSC dashboard:

- Enter your email address and password.
- Click the “Resume” button.

To print your call-up letter:

- Log in with your registration details.
- Click on “Print Call-Up Letter” to obtain your copy.
